The one that I would like to share here actually can be both treated as a disease or not. Obesity, this kind of terms can be treated as a disease and can be not.

Suffering from obesity is very bother. No one wants to suffer obesity, besides it is very harmful for health it also can make the people who got it get a bad appearance. Usually the one that is very afraid to get obesity is women. They try as many ways as possible to reducing their weight. If it’s still in a medium obesity, I mean if the obesity didn’t cause disease in your body, you can try high diet to remove it.

There are many ways in doing high diet. Through hard exercise you can do high diet. Not only that you have to stay away from foods that can cause your weight increase again. You also can do high diet by taking diet pills, but you have to consultation first with your doctor if you want to do high diet by consuming pills. You have to remember that, even you already try many ways but you don’t have any willingness come from yourself, it is very hard to do high diet.
