Eating is one of my favorite hobbies. Therefore is difficult to keep my body healthy because I tend to eat what I want to eat, not what I need to eat to maintain my stamina. I often feel so full after a meal, but the starving after an hour. I ever try to starve myself. But it only makes me sick even more, and I am unhappy with my condition at that time. I went to nutritionist and ask their help. Luckily they are keen helping me.

Those nutritionists give me advice to eat regularly but maintain the amount of food that I put on my mouth. Have to have a perfect combination of vitamins and minerals. They also suggest me to read a lot of diet books. At first I am skeptical about this. But I give it a shot anyway. I am flipping through diet books pages and feel so enlightened. Not only these diet books give me tips on how to maintain what I eat, but also to treasure my own body.

Offering a new weight loss tip every day for a year, this book includes a wealth of advice on everything from eating a low-fat diet, recipe substitutions, exercise and eating alternatives. These tips may seem like small changes, but they will pay off big time in the long run! Can reading diet books and slimming magazines really help you lose weight? You may have noticed there are more and more journals, magazines and diet books released every year - all offering the promise of miracle diet and exercise solutions.

It helps me to love myself even more. I never have to make myself starve. I do not have to eat brutally like I used to do. I am still keeping my eating hobby. Even now one of my favorite hobbies is cooking. These diet books also give recipe to make a healthy diet food.

I enjoy being me for the first time in my life.

In the effort to lose fat weight, the two largest factors to consider are our diets and daily exercise routines. 

Doing exercises anytime is a good idea, but they won’t provide the fat weight loss you are looking for. Here are some exercise tips for women to help fast weight loss and solve some of the mystery about exercising in the attempt to get real results.

In order to achieve real results in your fat weight loss efforts, perform cardio and strength training exercises at a moderate to high intensity level.  Working at this level establishes a beneficial caloric burn in a short duration of time and to burn body fat weight. 

Two exercising tips for women regarding strength training are:

  1. You won’t get big and bulky by lifting heavier weights, so by all means go heavier with the weight.
  2. Adding muscle helps burn fat.  Lift heavier weights applying the intensity rule.  The time factor is dependent on the intensity of the workout.  If a high intensity workout is performed, a 20 minute minimum cardio routine should be completed. 

Limit the amount of saturated fat you consume each day. Stay away from fried foods when possible. Push some weight. It doesn’t matter if it is free weights, weight machines, or your own body weight but do some form of resistance training. Muscle burns more calories than fat. When you add muscle to your chest, back, arms, and legs you are helping burn fat off your belly.
