People that live in a modern live usually afraid if they get sick because of you get your cholesterol are over limit. As a flexible people, you better not to let any disease approach you include the cholesterol. Cholesterol will make you get some disease and also can cause the overweight. We talk about overweight. If you consume too much fat, to much cholesterol, you can be an overweight person. And you will try to loss your weight then.

The cholesterol foods usually find in the meat of birds especially skins and shrimp. Everything that made of that matter also has high cholesterol. The low cholesterol foods like fish include salmon and herring. You also can get the low cholesterol foods in olive oil and vegetables.
