When diet fat is applied, you must not food that contains fat. As you might have known, there are three kinds of fat; they are saturated, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated. The saturated fat can increase the blood cholesterol while the other two can lower the blood cholesterol. In this case, diet fat must not omit all types of fat but it requires you to eat moderately the last two types of fat.
There is a slight guideline for diet fat that you can follow in order to lose weight. Your diet fat must contain less than ten percent of saturated fat, no more than ten percent of polyunsaturated fat, and ten up to fifteen percent of monounsaturated fat.
