To stay healthy can be done in many ways. Doing exercise, consuming health food, stay away from drugs, and many more. But what if we already suffer a disease? The one that I would like to share here actually can be both treated as a disease or not. Obesity, this kind of terms can be treated as a disease and can be not.

Suffering from obesity is very bother. No one wants to suffer obesity, besides it is very harmful for health it also can make the people who got it get a bad appearance. Usually the one that is very afraid to get obesity is women. They try as many ways as possible to reducing their weight. If it’s still in a medium obesity, I mean if the obesity didn’t cause disease in your body, you can try high diet to remove it.

There are many ways in doing high diet. Through hard exercise you can do high diet. Not only that you have to stay away from foods that can cause your weight increase again. You also can do high diet by taking diet pills, but you have to consultation first with your doctor if you want to do high diet by consuming pills. You have to remember that, even you already try many ways but you don’t have any willingness come from yourself, it is very hard to do high diet.

Problems about weight always become the concern of many people. Over weight has become a nightmare for people since there are lots of bad effects from it. Being over weight will make people lose their self esteem and self confidence as they will not be bale to wear the outfit that other people might be able to wear. Over weight people seem easier to get sick. There are many kinds of illness lay behind the over weight people such as diabetes, heart, cholesterol, and many more hard and severe diseases. Since there are more forces related to this issue, more people become aware of their weight. Over weight people now try to find ways that can help them lose their weight

There are many kinds of weight loss programs and treatment. You can find that there are many pills or tablets which are said to be effective in helping people cutting the fat from their body. One way that is said to be better is diet fat. This program is meant to reduce the fat intake. Body is hoped to burn the existing fat without adding new more fat to the body. When diet fat is applied, you must not food that contains fat. As you might have known, there are three kinds of fat; they are saturated, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated. The saturated fat can increase the blood cholesterol while the other two can lower the blood cholesterol. In this case, diet fat must not omit all types of fat but it requires you to eat moderately the last two types of fat. 

There is a slight guideline for diet fat that you can follow in order to lose weight. Your diet fat must contain less than ten percent of saturated fat, no more than ten percent of polyunsaturated fat, and ten up to fifteen percent of monounsaturated fat. This means that your fat intake must be divided into three types. So, if you want to reduce your weight using this diet, you can simply follow those simple tips.
