 If you want to lose weight fast and stay healthy you are going to have to forget about fasting, diet pills and all many fad diets available. You can fast to lose weight and stay healthy if you choose a diet plan that is easily adaptable to the foods you normally like to eat. Aside from the benefits to your heart and body exercise will help your body burn more calories and lose weight faster.

 Majority of people want to lose some weight from somewhere on their bodies, though the most common complaints are from women around their buttocks, hips, and thighs.

So, for the couch potatoes of you who want to know how to lose weight fast and easy, here are seven tips to help make things fast to lose weight and easier:

  • 1. Drink lots of water.
  • 2. Halve your portions.
  • 3. Eat slowly.
  • 4. No fizzy drinks.
  • 5. Sleep early.
  • 6. Move more.
  • 7. Eat more often.

So, there you have it, three examples of how fast to lose weight. If your body consumes more calories than it burns, the excess will be stored and will eventually turn to fat; on the other hand if you burn more calories than you consume then your weight will go down, it’s basic Physics really. I would have to say that although I have lost weight using many different methods and diets one of the healthiest and appealing ways I have found that enables me fast to lose weight and maintain continuous weight loss is a method called calorie shifting.
