Cholesterol is a type of fat (lipid) made by the body. Health experts recommend a cholesterol diet low in order to lower or maintain cholesterol levels. Saturated fats are found in meat, poultry, full-fat dairy products and tropical oils. A low cholesterol diet should be low in saturated fats and refined carbs while emphasizing fruits and vegetables.

Saturated fat, such as butter, cheese, and the fat in meat, is solid at room temperature. Saturated fat raises your blood cholesterol level more than anything else in your diet. One key to a low-cholesterol diet is using unsaturated fats instead of saturated fats.

Unsaturated fat actually helps to lower cholesterol levels when it is substituted for saturated fat. Therefore, health professionals recommend that, when you do eat fats, unsaturated fats (polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats) be substituted for part of the saturated fat whenever possible.

You can eat as much as you want even you are in your diet program. You can eat the low cholesterol foods. A diet like this called the cholesterol diet low. The cholesterol diet low have a purpose to make you can absorb the fat but not too much. Fat is needs to be your energy anyway so you still need it. As a flexible people, you better not to let any disease approach you include the cholesterol. Cholesterol will make you get some disease and also can cause the overweight. We talk about overweight. If you consume too much fat, to much cholesterol, you can be an overweight person. And you will try to loss your weight then.

To avoid some problems of cholesterol, you should be aware with your enemy. You should know all about the cholesterol foods, which foods that have high cholesterol and which one are the low cholesterol foods. The cholesterol foods usually find in the meat of birds especially skins and shrimp. Everything that made of that matter also has high cholesterol.
